With over 30 years of distinguished experience in air traffic control and aviation operations, Mark brings a wealth of expertise spanning the United States Air Force, Department of Defense, and Federal Aviation Administration. Throughout a dynamic career, Mark has led initiatives in airspace redesign, traffic management, and training, contributing to advancements in aviation across the United States and Europe.

A highly organized and adaptable leader, Mark is known for building cohesive teams, ensuring air safety and security, and upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance. As a recognized Subject Matter Expert in Time-Based Flow Management, Traffic Management Advisor systems, and the Optimization of Airspace and Procedures in the Metroplex (OAPM), Mark has played a pivotal role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of airspace systems in high-demand environments such as Atlanta and Charlotte.

In addition to technical expertise, Mark excels in fostering collaboration, motivating teams, and maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective to achieve organizational goals. Mark's leadership and dedication to excellence are underpinned by a solid academic foundation in aeronautical science, having graduated with honors from the U.S. Air Force Basic Air Traffic Control School in 1987 and completing his bachelor's degree, with the highest honors, from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2007.
